Ursa Major Records Presents New Influence Mondays March 24 at Maya Lounge located at 14 E. 33rd Street between Fifth and Madison Avenue. The venue is offering 2 for 1 drink specials to guests of Ursa Major Records. There will be a live performance by UMR artists Ms. Fayme and Leer Jetta. URSA MAJOR RECORDS: THEIR SUCCESS IS WRITTEN IN THE STARS

Ursa Majors Records will be hosting a series of events in the spring of 2008 including New Influence Mondays and the introduction of the New Influence Music Series. New Influence Mondays will take place March 10th and 24th with DJ playing the hottest R&B, Hip Hop and Reggae music at Maya Lounge located at 14 West 33rd Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues. The Music Series takes place on April 2 at Maya Lounge, at Maya Lounge and on April 22 at The Shrine located at 2271 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. (133-134 St). The Music Series and New Influence Mondays will feature UMR recording artists, emcee Leer Jetta and R&B artist Ms. Fayme. The debut performances of UMR’s roster were phenomenal. Their energy, lyrics, and chemistry, captivated the audience. Miss Fayme with her sultry soul stirring voice and Leer Jetta with his witty lyrics, punch lines and undeniable charm, shined as if plucked from the Big Dipper. They are truly stars on the raise. The next show will prove to be just as phenomenal.

Ursa Major Records continues to set itself apart in the independent music arena with a strong team, creative marketing and most importantly outstanding music. First its team consists of a group of elite, determined and courageous individuals whose sole purpose is to make UMR one of the hottest urban music labels of the 21st century. There have been many songs written that one can relate to, but Ursa Major Records has taken everyday messages and turned them into music that’s pure mind racing bliss.
